FREE FROM CONDEMNATION
TESTAMENT OF GRACE GLOBAL ASSEMBLY (GRACE REVIVAL CENTRE)
LIFELINES DEVOTIONAL FOR SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3,2026
TOPIC:FREE FROM CONDEMNATION
BIBLE VERSE
“Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.”-Romans 8:1
MEDITATION
Condemnation tells us that our failures have permanently disqualified us, but the Gospel declares that those who are in Christ are no longer under the sentence of guilt. The woman caught in adultery provides a powerful picture of this truth. Her accusers brought her before Jesus expecting judgment, but instead of condemning her, Jesus extended mercy and called her into a transformed life, saying, “Neither do I condemn you. Go now and leave your life of sin” (John 8:11). Jesus did not excuse her sin, but He refused to allow her sin to become her identity or final destiny. In the same way, believers may stumble, fail, and need correction, but in Christ they do not have to live under the crushing weight of condemnation. His grace gives us the freedom to repent, rise again, and walk forward with a renewed sense of identity and hope.
PRAYER
Lord Jesus, thank You that there is no condemnation for me because I am in You. Help me to receive Your forgiveness, learn from my failures, and walk confidently in the freedom, grace, and new life You have given me. Amen.
